Refunds & Cancellation Policy
By paying an invoice with Little Black Limo, you're agreeing to the terms summarised below.
Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits can be refunded up to seven days before your booking, less a 10% admin fee. Cancelling inside that seven-day window forfeits the 50% deposit. If the full balance has already been paid and you cancel before the seven-day mark, half is refunded and half is retained as a cancellation charge. Cancelling within 48 hours of the event forfeits the full amount. We'll always try to reassign a driver if your flight or schedule shifts outside anyone's control — but changes caused by flight or customs delays that affect other bookings, or customs holds beyond an hour after landing, may still incur the cancellation terms above. Rebooking to a new date is assessed case by case, and wedding-day terms are listed separately on your invoice.
Photos & Social Media
Paying your invoice also confirms you're comfortable with any photos or video from your trip being used across our social media, website, or other promotions — let us know in writing beforehand if you'd rather not be included, since content can't be pulled once it's posted.
A Few More Things Worth Knowing
- Alcohol is permitted in our vehicles under WA law, but only with your driver's explicit approval, requested ahead of the trip. Spills count as damage, and a major spill can end the trip without a refund.
- Food, chewing gum, smoking and vaping aren't permitted in or around the vehicles — wedding catering can be arranged separately in advance.
- You're responsible for any damage caused by you or your group. Cleaning fees start at $250 for drink spills and rise to $750 for bodily fluids or gum, plus repair costs. Vape or cigarette smoke odour removal is $500 per car, and luggage-caused scuffs are billed at cost.
- We can decline to carry passengers who appear intoxicated or behave unsafely, at the driver's discretion, without a refund.
- Non-airport delays caused by passengers may incur overtime of $3 per minute after the first 15 minutes.
- Unpaid invoices may be referred to a collections agency, with any fees added to the balance owed.
- We're not liable for delays from traffic, weather, illness, or vehicle issues, and may substitute a similar vehicle if needed.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected transfer, in line with WA consumer law.
- Tours can carry an element of personal risk, which you accept by booking.
- Luggage travels in the boot or trailer, not the cabin — small bags are fine inside, but backpacks, cases, golf clubs, and boards need the trailer.
